It's summertime in a hot and empty Buenos Aires. Marcela's world is shaken when her sister dies, leaving her completely out of sorts. Still grieving, she must deal with clearing out her flat. 牧江(jiāng )村郊(jiāo )野山(shān )藏有一怪，赤面(miàn )獠牙，名曰垃(lā )圾人(rén )，他身世神(⛱)秘，以垃(lā )圾为食，日遇(yù )村妇(📬)马秀娟，将(jiāng )其掳(lǔ )掠。马秀娟通过与垃圾人的交(jiāo )往，发现他虽丑陋骇(hài )人，却心地单(dān )纯(🤛)。但天不遂人愿，“单(dān )纯”的垃(lā )圾人(rén )却将马秀娟视为(wéi )配偶(ǒu )，囚于废弃厂房。矿山老板徐(🚙)(xú )东南(nán )徐西北两兄弟欲(yù )借炸山除(chú )垃圾(jī )人之(zhī )名在野山非法拓(tuò )矿，全然不顾(gù(🍔) )马秀(xiù )娟安危。而垃圾(jī )人通(😶)(tōng )过马秀娟逐渐(jiàn )了解人类的尊重(chóng )与爱(ài )，遂将其放归牧江村。马秀娟(juān )得知(zhī )徐东南(👚)阴谋后为(wéi )救垃圾人与之(zhī )抗争(zhēng )，最终被绑于山(shān )上，垃圾人为(wéi )救马(mǎ )秀娟与徐东南(🗼)死(sǐ )命相(xiàng )搏，后被徐东南炸死。环保组(zǔ )织声(shēng )明垃圾人出现乃(nǎi )牧江村的(de )环保(bǎo )意识(🚄)(shí )薄弱之恶果，垃(lā )圾人本无(😕)罪，罪在(zài )人心对环境的态(tài )度，并呼吁民众善(shàn )待环境。
